COVID 19 & Beyond Group
The global COVID-19 pandemic has created significant challenges for individuals and businesses, and it’s one which is changing on an almost daily basis. This has made for a complex and difficult environment for businesses, employers, employees and individuals.
From Beyond Group Head:
Our priority is, and always will be, the health and wellbeing of our people, our clients, our contacts and our suppliers – we have put in place multiple systems to make sure there is no disruption in our day to day working and our personal focus is in maintaining for our clients 100 percent business continuity. We are here for you.
We’re now coming out of lockdown, having learned a lot about making our business better. We have fully supported all of our people throughout the lockdown and continue to invest in them, our IT and our marketing and we have also used this time to engage more fully with everyone. Our people have demonstrated tremendous resilience during this challenging period and have been relentless at ensuring continuity of service.
From a Covid-19 specific point of view, we have developed and implemented our own containment policies, taking into consideration the multiple issues facing our clients and contacts, covering workforce health and safety, insurance, contracts and business continuity. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
All employers that want to reopen their business have a legal responsibility to protect their employees and other people on site. We’ve followed these government guidelines to ensure the safety of our people, our suppliers and our clients.
Our Office Environment
We have opened our offices to meet the needs of our people and our clients – although many of our people continue to work from home on a flexible basis – and also to ensure that everyone gets the opportunity to socialise in person from time to time in our office environment. We believe in a work/life balance for all.
We are happy to meet with you in person, by telephone, email, Teams or Zoom or any other virtual channels and given the cost and time saving this offers, we positively encourage video conferencing where it is more appropriate to meet through virtual channels. We are however minded there are many times when our clients and our people wish to or need to meet in person.
Our Group headquarters has undergone a comprehensive re-fit in order to ensure the safety and well-being of our people and that of any visitors to our office. Based on feedback from our teams, who wanted to retain an office base and an office environment, notwithstanding a greater degree of flexibility and working from home, we have completely re-configured all of our work space, brought in new equipment, replicated the IT infrastructure across both the offices and our people’s homes and ensured that our offices are subject to regular deep cleans carried out by hygiene professionals.
All visitors to our offices are requested to comply with these health and safety protocols. We will always work out the maximum number of visitors that can reasonably follow social distancing guidelines (where they can stay 2 metres apart from other customers or 1 metre with risk mitigation where 2 metres is not viable).
All our visitors are advised of guidance about visiting our premises before they arrive.
